ANITA VUKOV-MARTINOVIĆ was born in Split.

She made her first public appareance in 1991 when she exhibited fashion handbags; a year later, in 1992, she exhibited fashion hats. In the same year there is an exhibition of her collection called "The Waves" in the category of high fashion (Alta moda), inspired by the sea, featuring imaginary composition with abstract forms.

In 1993 she won Art Design Award in the category of Pret-a-Porter, awarded by Fashion News. This awarded collection was made from fishing nets.

After exhibiting at numerous fashion shows in Split, Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Opatija and Pula, Miss Vukov tends to change the setting, so she carefully chooses the location where she exhibits her collections, and she doesn't exhibit on fashion shows any more.
